Condition report
A thorough, detailed description of the home’s technical and maintenance condition — required when you sell.
Every home sold in Norway today needs a condition report. It documents the technical state of the property and any maintenance needs — and can only be prepared by a certified surveyor.
After a thorough inspection the report describes deviations from defined reference levels: the building regulations and/or normal expectations for wear and tear. It can cover part of or the whole building.
New standards for condition reports arrived in 2022. As approved surveyors and members of Norsk Takst we have the training, reporting tools and insurance required.
