Master builder and building engineer with more than 40 years in the trade — as an independent builder, site manager for terraced houses and apartment blocks, in concrete and formwork, and some years in insurance. Long-standing member of NTF/Norsk Takst, authorised to value homes, commercial property, plots and leasehold sites. He has served as an expert lay judge in court and does valuations for seller’s liability insurance.

Where we work
We are based in Gurannveien, Holmestrand, and take assignments along the whole Vestfold coast.
We have access to all reporting tools and approved insurance. Invoicing is handled by Svea Finans: when the job is done you receive an email with a payment link — where you can postpone or split the payment.
